Tima Codex is a digital product, infrastructure, and growth studio. This policy covers https://timacodex.com and every page under it. Questions about anything here go to info@timacodex.com.

From the quote form: your name, email, phone number if you give it, company, the services you pick, your budget range, timeline, and whatever you write in the notes.

Automatically: pages visited, referrer, device and browser type, and country — aggregated, through privacy-respecting analytics and our host's access logs.

To answer your enquiry and send a written estimate, to deliver and support work you have asked for, to keep the site secure, and to understand which pages are actually useful. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you filled in a form.

Only the people and services needed to run the studio: our email provider, our headless CMS, our cloud host, and our image host. Each processes data on our instructions, and none may use it for their own purposes.

Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted within 24 months. Records of work we delivered are kept for as long as our contracts and tax law require. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

The site remembers your language and theme so the page opens the way you left it, and keeps a draft of your enquiry in your browser so a reload does not lose it. Both live in your browser, not on our servers, and you can clear them from your browser settings at any time.

When this policy changes materially we update the date at the top, and for significant changes we say so on the site itself.
