Terms of service

These terms cover the use of this site and any enquiry you send through it. Once we send a proposal and you accept it, that proposal governs the work; where it disagrees with this page, the proposal wins.

An estimate is based on the brief you give us and stays valid for 30 days. When the brief changes — a new integration, a new platform, a new deadline — we price the change in writing before we build it, instead of absorbing it and repricing later.

Work starts on a written acceptance and the deposit stated in the proposal. Invoices are due within 14 days. For ongoing plans, billing runs monthly in advance and pauses when you pause.

Access to the systems involved, the content and brand assets to be published, and decisions from someone who can make them. Delays on those inputs move the dates by the same amount — and we will say so as soon as we see it coming.

On full payment, the deliverable — code, design, and content we produced for you — is yours. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries, and ways of working, and we may show finished work in our portfolio unless we agreed otherwise in writing.

Every build ships with a 30-day defect-fix window: if something we wrote does not do what the accepted scope says, we fix it at no cost. Managed plans add monitoring, backups, and the response times stated in the plan. We cannot warrant third-party services, changes made by other teams, or hosting you control.

Everything you share stays confidential. Tick the option on the quote form and we will sign your NDA — or send you ours — before you share anything sensitive.

We are liable for the work we do and the commitments we make in writing. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost profit, data you did not back up, or downtime caused by services outside the agreed scope. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees paid for the work the claim relates to.

Either side may end an engagement with 30 days' written notice. You pay for work completed and accepted up to that date, and we hand over everything produced — including access credentials and documentation — within the same period.
